What is your Cancellation Policy? 

 

Because we need notice to replace a client’s missed cleaning, cleanings must be canceled one (1) business day before your booking. If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning service, we reserve the right to charge a $75 late-cancellation fee. Schedule changes and cancellations must be made during our business hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. After hours calls or texts will not be acknowledged or considered tendered until 8am the following business day. If a booking is canceled less than four (4) hours before a scheduled cleaning service or while the cleaner is onsite, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service charge late-cancellation fee.

 

How do the cleaners get access to my home?

 

If you are not home during your scheduled appointment, just let us know where the key or key box will be. Otherwise, give us a call at 850-518-7155 and we can plan out the logistics.

 

Is there anything I need to do before you arrive to clean my home?

 

Yes, if you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the home is picked up before our arrival. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will notify you of the increased rate prior to performing our cleaning services.

 

Once we arrive:

 

Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. Furthermore, if we arrive and it is apparent that the home has not been cleaned professionally within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add the “Heavy Duty” extra to the booking.

 

My electricity is off, does it need to be turned on?

 

Yes, we will need electricity, water and access to air conditioner/heat in order to complete the cleaning service. If we arrive and there is no electricity, water, air conditioner or heat, we reserve the right to cancel the service and apply a $75 trip fee.

 

Is there anything you don’t do?

 

Yes, the following is not limited to: bio-hazed substances (feces, urine, blood, etc) organization and decluttering (contact us for this separate service), lifting or moving heavy furniture, carpet/steam cleaning, clean areas that are out of reach with a 3-4 step ladder, service clients that are disrespectful to our cleaners, trash-outs (We will not remove any excessive or left over trash or debris from the property. We will dispose of normal usage of trash).
