Does the house need to be completely empty before you clean?

Yes. To perform a true vacate cleaning, all furniture, personal belongings, and trash must be completely removed from the property prior to our arrival. This allows us to clean inside appliances, cabinets, and across all floors effectively.

Do you guarantee I will get my security deposit back?

While we guarantee the quality of our cleaning (and will return to re-clean any missed spots within 24 hours for free), we cannot guarantee your deposit return. Deposits can also be withheld for physical property damage, broken fixtures, or lease violations outside of cleaning.

Do you clean the insides of the appliances?

Yes! A standard move-out clean automatically includes a deep clean of the interior and exterior of the refrigerator, oven, and microwave.

Does your move-out service include carpet cleaning?

We provide meticulous, heavy-duty vacuuming of all carpets and rugs to remove dirt and surface pet dander. However, we do not provide hot-water extraction or professional steam cleaning services.

Do I need to leave my utilities and power on?

Yes, absolutely. Our cleaning crew requires running water and electricity to operate our vacuums, see the details, and properly sanitize the home. Please do not disconnect utilities until the day after your cleaning.

How long does an end of lease clean take?

Because this is an intensive, detail-oriented one-time cleaning, it typically takes longer than regular maintenance. An average empty 3-bedroom apartment or home takes between 4 to 6 hours, depending on its condition.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, you do not. Our professionals arrive fully equipped with our own premium cleaning solutions, HEPA-filter vacuums, mops, and scrubbers.

Do I need to be present while you clean?

No, you do not need to wait around in an empty house. Simply provide us with access (a hidden key, lockbox, or door code), and we will securely lock the property when we are finished.
